

They jumped at the chance of teaming up with our amazing designers and engineers from our model production workshop at the Kladno factory in the Czech Republic who build these impressive life-size models, and really pushing the boundaries of what can be done with LEGO Technic. Inside, everything is built brick-by-brick, from the Lamborghini and Italian flag-wearing steering wheel to the intricate dashboard and even the racing seats. It’s 4,980 mm long, 2,101mm wide and 1,133mm high, weighs 2,200kg, and features real-life details such as a first-of-a-kind paintbrush-effect coating applied by Lamborghini’s official car painter. The result is nothing short of astonishing, as it is about as perfect as a LEGO version could be - no detail has been spared whatsoever. Over 400,000 LEGO Technic pieces have been used in the creation of this model, which comprises 154 different types of LEGO Technic elements and 20 that were molded exclusively for the car.įrom development to build, the LEGO team spent 8,660 hours meticulously planning the Sián’s outcome. The life-sized build is millimeter-perfect, and the numbers are truly staggering.
